This policy explains what information the Fit Premium Android app (package com.proefektpremium.fitqr) uses, why, who it is shared with, and how you can control or delete it.

You can complete onboarding, choose a coach, follow ready-made programs and use the Live Workout Coach without creating an account. In that case your onboarding answers, selected coach, workouts and progress are stored on your device and are not uploaded to ProEffectMedia. Advertising and optional analytics described below can still apply.
If you create an account, we process your email address and, if you choose to sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google provides for sign-in. An account backs up your programs and history and lets you use them on another device.
To build programs and estimates, the app uses information you enter: date of birth (used for the 18+ age check and energy estimates), height, weight, the metabolic formula you select, your goals, experience, training days and session length, training location and daily activity level. As you use the app it records workout sessions and sets, body weight and body measurements, and — if you use nutrition features — food logs and nutrition targets. When you are signed in, this information is stored with your account so it can be synchronised.
Injury or health notes are optional and are used only if you give separate, explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time; the app then uses a generally safe setup and stops using those notes.
This information is used only to provide Fit Premium's features. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not passed to the advertising SDK.
If you scan a FitQR code to link a gym, the gym owner only ever sees anonymous totals. They never see your weight, measurements, health notes, meals or workouts.
Spoken coaching uses the text-to-speech engine on your device. To choose a voice that matches the coach you selected, the app may synthesise a short phrase on your device and measure its pitch; this audio is not stored or uploaded. The app does not request microphone or camera access and does not record audio or video.
The free version shows ads through Google Mobile Ads. Ads are not shown during an active set, the tempo flow or the rest timer, and Premium removes ads. The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent where required and to offer privacy options.
Google Mobile Ads may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and ad delivery or measurement information, subject to your consent choices and applicable law. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
With your permission, the app sends a limited, fixed set of product events — for example that an onboarding step or a workout was completed — so we can understand how the app is used. These events do not contain the content of your workouts, meals or health information. The app also records the install referrer provided by Google Play to understand where installs come from. Without analytics permission, product events are not sent.
If you subscribe to Premium, Google Play handles payment and billing. The app receives the purchase token and subscription state, which our server verifies with Google to unlock Premium. ProEffectMedia does not receive your payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play subscriptions.
Account and synchronised data are stored with our cloud database and authentication provider (Supabase). Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not sell personal information. Google services may process information in countries where Google or its providers operate.
We keep account information while your account exists. You can delete your account and data in the app from Profile > Delete account and data, or by emailing [email protected] from your account email address. Deletion removes your account and the fitness, workout, nutrition and progress records linked to it. Information stored only on your device is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Cancelling a Google Play subscription is done separately in Google Play. See how to delete your account and data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for health notes, analytics or personalised ads at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
Fit Premium is for adults 18 and over. The app asks for your date of birth and does not continue for users under 18. It is not directed at children.
We may update this policy when app features, SDK behaviour or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version.
