Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Delivering pages and preventing abuse involves processing ordinary connection and request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and security events. We use this processing for our legitimate interests in providing a reliable and secure website.
If you choose a language or region, the website saves that choice in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your preference on this device. This preference is not used as an advertising identifier. You can change it using the language selector or remove it by clearing this website’s browser storage.
The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies according to the protection applied to a request.
The email links open your chosen email application. Nothing is submitted to us simply by opening a link. If you send a message, we receive your email address, the message and any other information or attachments you include.
We use that information to answer your inquiry and manage the resulting correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us. Where your message asks us to take steps before entering a contract with you, processing may instead be necessary for those steps. We may also retain information when a legal obligation requires it.
Our internal company correspondence application connects only to an operator-authorized ProEffectMedia mailbox. With the mailbox owner’s permission, it reads messages and message/thread identifiers to correlate replies, identify opt-outs and route correspondence to an operator. Its send permission is used only when separately authorized by the application’s controls. Connecting a mailbox does not itself authorize outreach.
Relevant message context may be processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI for bounded language and reply assistance. Model output does not authorize sending or override opt-outs. Ambiguous correspondence and conversations needing human attention are routed to the operator. We do not sell this mailbox data or use it for advertising profiles.
In the correspondence application, message, draft and reply content is retained for up to 180 days, operational logs for 30 days, audit records for 365 days and encrypted backups for 35 days. Minimal suppression and duplicate-send records are retained separately to respect opt-outs and prevent repeated contact. The original mailbox’s retention is managed separately.
The mailbox owner can revoke application access in their Google account. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact [email protected].
Cloudflare processes information needed for website delivery and security. Google provides the Gmail service used for our published contact address. These providers may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights. Further information about the providers’ processing and transfer safeguards is available in their privacy notices.
Your saved language preference remains on your device until you change it or clear the website’s storage. Browser settings can also limit or remove stored information.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain a relevant ongoing relationship and meet applicable legal obligations or resolve legal claims. The purpose and nature of the correspondence determine that period. Cloudflare’s handling of technical information follows the applicable service configuration and its published retention criteria.
Where applicable, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and may have legal limits.
