Delete your Fit Premium account and data

You can delete your Fit Premium account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

Open Fit Premium, go to Profile and choose Delete account and data, then confirm. Your account is deleted permanently and cannot be restored.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. After verifying the request we complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email address and sign-in details), your fitness profile (date of birth, height, weight, goals and preferences), workout sessions and set logs, body weight and measurements, food logs and nutrition targets, health-note consent records, and any gym link.

What is not deleted by this

Google Play keeps purchase records under its own policies, and an active subscription must be cancelled separately in your Google Play subscriptions so billing stops. For our billing records we keep a note that an account was deleted, with your user identifier removed. Data stored only on your device is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
