These terms govern your use of the Compressly Android application and its optional subscription.
Compressly is provided by ProEffectMedia OÜ as a general-purpose video utility. The app lets you process media you select on your Android device. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to access and process your media and for complying with applicable law.
The free version includes daily processing credits. You may voluntarily choose to watch a rewarded advertisement for an additional processing credit. An ad reward is granted only after Google confirms completion. Ads depend on consent requirements, network availability, region, and inventory; no ad or reward opportunity is guaranteed. Do not manipulate ad delivery, reward callbacks, or credit balances.
Compressly Pro is an optional monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. The localized price and billing terms shown by Google Play at purchase apply. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access generally continues through the paid period, subject to Google Play's subscription status. Manage or cancel through Google Play. Refunds are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law. No free trial or introductory offer is represented here.
Processing occurs on your device and depends on Android, available storage, source-file condition, and supported device codecs. Compression estimates are not guarantees of output size or quality. We do not guarantee that every file, codec, or transformation will work on every device. You are responsible for reviewing output before deleting an original.
Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its security, billing, or advertising systems. Features and compatibility may change to address reliability, security, or platform requirements. Google Play Billing and advertising services are operated by Google and may be unavailable independently of ProEffectMedia.
The app is provided subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, ProEffectMedia OÜ is not responsible for loss caused by unsupported files, device limitations, or deletion of local data. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
